We do wedding from all walks of life and enjoy every single one of them but recognize the bible ramification of two becoming one. So, it makes me super duper happy to present this wonderful collection of moments from their big day. It was our first chance to work at Christ Community Church in Gainesville as well as the superb new ballroom at the Senior Center. Always love working with Jay’s DJs as well. Great people doing great things make our job easy and fun.

They had such an energy about them and I was practically drooling over the details of their horse farm wedding in the rolling hills of Alachua. That was before we got to do an awesome engagement shoot in Miami at The U! and the famed Vizcaya. The big day lived up to all our hype. Mother nature tested us with a storm but there was no way that was going to interfere with our mission. We spent every ounce of energy capturing their joyous day and are so excited to share. The entire goal of what we strive for is to tell stories through simple yet poignant photographs. We focus on emotions and decisive moments in order to do that. Looking through this selection reminds me of the power this philosophy. You don’t need a bunch of “ideas” or catchy poses in order to make fantastic wedding photos you just have to be ready when they come.

It always starts with the stars, the bride and groom, and Michael and Rebekah were as good as it gets. Timeless personalities full of joy and love for one another. Love, love, love the venue they picked at Barr Systems. The lighting was so good all day that I just kept pinching myself. Light to photography is as wind to sailing and this day had a great wind blowing. The moments were plentiful and the family and guests were wonderful.

When you take all these elements, this is what you get.
